Abstract Tragedy

The Bleeding Earth…

The Bleeding Earth…

2 mins 25K 2 mins 25K

“Behold! The realm of humanity…

Mother earth pleads for retrieval…

The soul of the plaintive earth seems to be dipped in despair,

Every pore and every figment seem to scream for justice

The harbinger is tied in chains, and the heart has fallen a captive…!

Hark! The privileged…gifted but conceited homo sapiens

Cease to call the earth your holy abode,

Do introspect before kneeling for fair-mindedness and

Repent for your deeds through actions and not merely by hollow gestures!

Look! Our beloved mom is laden with tears

Anticipating and seeking for absolute peace

From man…who avail rightfully every sapling that rests in her bed

But refuse to pay off and ignore all obligations towards the mild giver!

The philanthropist perhaps has spared a precious thought

To keenly retrospect the lives who deliberately inflict pains

The ones who cast wounds unbearable

And blemishes that spoil the face of the earth!

The blessed bounty was about to perish…

By the scars and inhuman jobs pertained by the beholder

The beautiful pastures which were meant to blossom incessantly

Too were disrupted by the folk…the mob and the entire living world!

Cries and pangs of the bleeding soil

Have remained unheard and unknown by men since time immemorial

But you see…, the commandment from heaven has finally dawned upon men

And has candidly proclaimed their master stroke

On each and every speck of the oozing earth!

It’s finally the season for humans to err and realize their committed sins

And sincerely swear to follow the path of transformation;

It’s time to bow down the heavy heads and accept defeat

That has been incarnated by the creator in the form of true revenge!

Mother earth has been bleeding since years

Her limbs are impaired and her heart mercilessly ruined

The essence of existence seems to lose its charm

As the giver has been bound to unbearable thorns!

Dear humans! You reap what you sow….

That’s the lesson imparted by the day.”

Thank you.
