That One Moment

A moment ago when I saw the mirror,

  A young girl was standing in front of me,

  How many years were spent in this moment?

  A daughter, daughter-in-law, wife, and mother,

  Know how many relationships I have won,

  In that one moment.

  Today when life is moving towards its last stop

 Then I have seen my relationships changing color,

  In that one moment.

  The bird flew into its different ghouls,

  My wings have fallen,

  In that one moment.

  The house which was driven safely,

  The wheels of the vehicle changed,

  In that one moment.

  The thought was higher than the sky,

  This thinking became old,

  In that one moment.

  Life was full of dreams,

  Dreams remain incomplete,

  In that one moment.

  Now I look at that moment,

  I remained the same prisoner,

  In that one moment.

  I am living the life of others till date,

  My life stopped there

  In that one moment.
