That Day

That Day

1 min 191 1 min 191

It started a week ago

I was excited to go for a new day

I wore a black shirt and jeans below

And was up on my way.

I reached the destination

I sat between hundreds of people

The lady came up for an explanation

Every word flies above the head like an eagle.

Returned home with a locked face

Mother asked me "what happened kid?"

There were tears in my eyes dropping off

I didn't want to go further 'coz I felt too much pressure in it.

I'm still not fascinated with that crowd

Each word of them feels like a thousand knives to me

These tears are a storm cloud

Blood is boiling making any second a dead sea.
