Today is that same day of May,

When I wasn't any more your Bae,

Instead, you decided to keep me at bay,

I was shattered with the words you did say.

It was the day, I prayed the most I could pray,

The day, we grew apart on our ways,

Seemed like our path was nothing, but an astray,

You broke all promises and I was betrayed,

As if, what all we had, was just a play!

I begged a lot to you to not go and stay,

But, with your denial, my soul, you slayed!

But, today, after a year, now my feelings have decayed,

And all my yearning for you has lost its way!
