Tears from the Sky
Tears from the Sky
Raindrops fall from the sky so high,
Pitter-patter, tap-tap, they pass by,
A symphony of nature, a lullaby.
The sound of rain is so serene,
It washes away all that is unclean,
Bringing life to the earth so green.
The smell of rain is pure delight,
Petrichor wafts, a heavenly sight,
Aroma of nature, a sweet invite.
Raindrops bring joy to all,
The children jump and dance and call,
A moment of bliss, before the raindrops fall.
The rain soothes the soul,
It heals the earth, making it whole,
A blessing from above, a treasure to behold.
For like all things, the rain must end,
Leaving behind a rainbow to extend,
A symbol of hope, a message to send.
