She told me holding my hand.

I kept her belief by performing well,

Whatever I am, all thanks to my Vandana ma'am!

 

"You're so cool!"

When everyone said that I'm a fool.

Such a beautiful writer

Got the eyes of a tiger!

"Give me your autograph"

I heard it, adjusting my cap.

We were bunking the class,

And silent moments passed.

"You've got a beautiful voice!"

My Physics teacher's words made me rejoice.

For a teenager, it means a lot,

So, I feel confident every time, I talk!

So, many more compliments

I've got but many more harsh words.

I don't remember them anymore.

'Cause there's someone, I'm waiting for!.
