Summer's Warmth
Summer's Warmth
I envy the sweet warm summer
The beauty it has within
And the joy it brings to all
I envy it all
The blooming of the flowers
In the meadows
The comfortable shade under the trees
From the bright sunlight
The mangoes it offers to all
I envy it all
As it has soo much to give
While I'm the winter
With just cold winds to offer
As the land gets brazen
And people look for warmth
I'm filled with nothing but despair
I envy the summer
As it whispers the last
Warm sun rays
And takes away all its warmth with it
Leaving behind cold winds
And withering petals.
