Spiritual Flight

For spiritual practise, no need to go to the mountaintop

Nor into the cave, 

No need to go for a holy dip

Nor to chant God's name in the lips. 

We need to go on a journey within ourselves, 

To feel the divinity hidden in the depth. 

People spend hours worshipping the idols of God

And pay little attention to people around who are the demigods. 

By evoking love, kind and compassion, 

We may wear a new way of perception

And may keep ourselves unstained from this worldly stinking mud

And bloom like a lotus being the beloved of Lord.
