I always wondered,

Are angels a myth?

But I realized it’s not,

When she is at my sight. 

A diamond in disguise,

Who helped me touch the skies.

An epitome of perfection,

Who blessed me with all her affection.

She protected me like a father,

While comforting me like a mother.

She guided me like a teacher,

And always walked along like a friend, altogether.

From buying chocolates,

To being my ATM,

From all those distorted fights,

To all those childlike giggles,

From keeping my secrets safe,

To blackmailing me for revealing them,

We made countless memories,

And seeking forward to make more.
