She Is Still There

She Is Still There

If fate didn't align, we'd ask for grace,

Seeking solace in a troubled space.

But still we lagged behind, it's true,

Those who bargained for heavens new.

Some leave their marks with symbols bold,

Shifting the tides of stories untold.

I've prayed for dreams to come to light,

Bravely shared them, despite the fight.

Love's not won through wishes tall,

It abides by fate's silent call.

For those whose bonds are true and strong,

Their ships of destiny sail along.
