Saga Of My Mom's Life

Once lived a girl so lovely,

A girl who was so bubbly.

Not that appealing in appearance,

But had a remarkable brilliance.

She was kind of a tomboy,

Talking who used to enjoy.

Being raised in a defense background,

Her manners left all spellbound.

Carefree and joyous in nature,

Her mom used to lecture,

" Be more careful and mature"

But craziness used to the allure.

A commanding officer in NCC and CR in college,

Even her principal used to acknowledge.

After her studies, she acquired a good job,

With a handsome salary, she nearly became a nob.

But forced to leave the metropolitan city,

Due to the transferable job of her daddy.

Moved to a small town for her engagement,

Followed by her marriage without any agreement.

Her wedding is the event which she regrets,

Not because of her in law's threats,

But because she wasn't quite ready,

and her career was no longer steady.

Now she began her duties of a wife as well as a mother,

Like her, I have seen none other.

This brief life story is of my mother in a run,

Whose contentment lies in the success of her children!!
