Renewed Soul

Sad, sulked, broken were the thoughts in her mind

Which by all means, efforts she could not hide.

Negative emotions always won the race

Hardly was visible to her a smiling face.

She cried till she ran out of tears

Such were the wounds given by nears.

Many a time she picked herself up

Falling, failing but never ever gave up.

Her own concerns were always the last priority

To look to everybody’s need was her modesty.

Always stood by the family and friends in thick in thin

But never could she find a caring, concerned friend or kin.

Hope for better life for her, had taken a back seat

She had realised, everyone around is a cheat.

Suddenly a voice arose from her inner core

Saying, “ Now is the time to get up and do more”

She shook her head, stood up and wiped her face

A little transformation was pushing her to win the race.

She understood the world is not what others decide

The magic lies in the power of thoughts, inside.

The compassion and will to learn the mysteries of life

Brought her intellect to understand the perspectives of life.

The power of the universe filled her with positivity

And made her strong to fight the adversity.

She was a renewed soul free to face

The challenges to be given by the human race.

Ready to open the doors of love and passion

Life had to move now in a different fashion.

The mission was now to spread the love around

Breathing freely, with a hurling melodious sound.

Now gratitude was oozing from her bosom

There was a new journey, a new flower ready to blossom……
