Redamancy
Redamancy
i still remember her dimpled cheeks
And the way they turned pink;
she used to drop me some hints
i could tell by the shy smile playing on her lips.
we used to communicate with winks and smirks
i was too shy to speak; i used to stutter
whilst she sent me rose scented love letters;
it was a heart-warming time period.
and then we stole kisses
hiding behind blueberry bushes
it was redamancy; it was heaven
it was everything i'd ever hoped for.
all the horrors of the world disappeared
when i saw her smile-
a love so sweet and profound
i'd forever keep.
