The woman still faces hurdles, feels disgrace and comes across a great struggle 

Not to side with gender it has,

Still to render equal status all over,

But regret to say, not done honestly 

Here only a few women have excelled and done exceedingly well

Their number has not swelled yet, they have yet to get a fair chance of being a woman, 

They have to come off face the competition tough and also to prove, 

They are better than men's counterparts and take part in any activities many women are abducted, raped, and, killed

They lack the strong will to repulse male dominating tendencies and protect themselves from such cruelty.
