Parallel worlds
Parallel worlds
Perhaps it's the incessant
Feeling of wanting to be taken away
Or a belief in something extraordinary
Beyond her excruciating walls of reality,
Triggered a breach in her dimension,
A man as beautiful as a daydream,
Who only existed in her poems,
Stared at her with gorgeous purple hues,
Holding an unfamiliar antique book with his left,
This being, from another world
Felt familiar than the ones around her,
With kindness taking over him,
He speaks in a foreign tongue,
"Welcome home, Earthling".
