Oh The Irony
Oh The Irony
A snake slithers and paces with the breeze
It wriggles and gets strayed among the trees.
Deadly some say, kill others feel
But Oh the Irony, Poison can also heal
Ever She looks like a warrior, never has a frown
The girl invariably dreams of owing the crown
Her eyes blaze like burning embers and spears
but Oh the Irony, the prettiest smiles have cried the most tears
Everyone adores her way
For she knows how to make one's day
Among her friends, she feels enchantingly alive
but oh the irony, Loudest laughs are the loneliest inside
She can feel his burning gaze on her, even in crowded corridors
Whenever she sees him laugh and smile, off all the butterflies go
He makes her conscious, He augments her confidence
But Oh the Irony, people who make us strong are also our weakness
Bit by Bit I lay, shattered on the ground
Pieces of my heart, scattered all around
My dreams all fell off from the Aisle
But oh the Irony, broken people are not fragile.
