No One Can Be You

"YOU" are the only one who can be "YOU" this is your Superpower,

Yet, we forget this beautiful blessing that Life has bestowed upon us

We fall into the trap of comparing ourselves to others instead 

Someone more beautiful than we are

Someone with more name, fame, glory, and wealth than we do

Someone who has everything that we desire,

What are the implications of this? 

We create a void in our lives by our actions

Denying ourselves all the happiness we deserve in our lives

And then we wonder, Why are we not happy?

There is no one like you because your uniqueness makes you stand out

You are special in your way.

If you have the opportunity to be "Yourself", why would you chase something just to follow someone else's footsteps?

You are defined by this, but instead of celebrating ourselves, we strive to become further apart from ourselves.

Isn't it true that we always complain about how sometimes people are rude or think less of us?

Despite this, we keep doing the same thing to ourselves over and over, even without realizing it?

Who needs someone else to degrade us when we are nearly flawless at doing the same to ourselves.

Don't try to copy others just to be accepted.

Instead strive hard to impress yourself with who you are, rather than looking for an approval stamp from others

How about you start giving your stamps?

It's good to compare and improve, but that comparison should be with yourself 

To be the better version of yourself every day in whatever you do

It's nice to seek inspiration from other's, but losing out your individuality is not acceptable

So next time, whenever you doubt yourself

Always remember, No One Can Be You is your Super-Power 

And how well you use it, it's completely in your hand

Be there for yourself, always because you are "Worth it".
