No Looking Back

I still remember that day,

The day we first crossed paths,

The day our fates for the first time entwined,

The day our eyes first locked.

Gazing deep into those eyes right at your soul

Changed something deep inside my heart

Then, it didn’t strike me what happened 

But I know now,

That I’ve fallen for you hard

And there’s no looking back.

And oddly enough, I don’t regret it even a  bit,

Knowing that my heart is now completely vulnerable to you 

You can make it or break it.

Yet, I have no regrets in acknowledging to myself

The fact that I’ve fallen for you

And there’s no looking back......
