My teacher,

My great teacher,

You are my creator,

You are my God.

 When I came to you,

Years back,

 I was rude,

Unrefined, and 

 My heart was dark.

I was helpless,

Uncultured and a mess.

But you held my hand,

And with your grace,

Enlightened my heart. 

My teacher,

You are my creator,

You guided me,

All through my way,

 And when down I fell,

You helped me rise,

And lightened my way.

When I pained you,

With my pranks,

And didn't listen,

What you said,

You forgave me

With a generous heart.
