My Life
My Life
I live at two ends of the existential spectrum,
And fervently sustain at the lever edges of the emotional fulcrum.
And attune the strings of the daily disharmony to notes in alto and soprano.
And stride and fall alternately like the black and white keys of the piano.
And view the myriad hues of nature in noir and blanc.
I love to the zenith of ecstatic wildness and hate to the abyss of sordid starkness.
Once in the deep sea of forlorn pain, I drowned and willingly sank,
And then again emerge and float abreast to feel the love's sweet tenderness.
