My Body My Choice

My Body My Choice

It's just saying but not easy being a woman

Even today getting ignored, exploited or hidden away

Being a girl or woman is a curse

From taking care of my body

From taking care of my family

That's all a tedious task

Getting married to have a child

Safe journey of nine months

To give birth to a child

Not a general problem in my life

Life was full of ups and downs

One day I fell down the stairs

And I slipped down below the ground

But unfortunately, I lost my unborn child

They took me to the hospital

And I had to abort my child

Life became risky at that time

Suffering from several complications

The decline in my reproductive health

No one was there to care

It was my life, it was my destiny

What I gained nothing, what I lost everything

Reproductive health is important in women's life

Everyone must take care of reproductive health

But no one accepts the truth behind that

Still, women face problems if they have no child

Everyone tease then saying they are infertile.
