My Beloved
My Beloved
I simply get bemused.
When I see the face of my beloved.
Her smile has filled my heart.
Her voice echoes in my mind.
As the happy face of the moon smiles,
at the lifting of the dark veil of clouds.
So does the alluring face of my beloved,
at the lifting of her dark long hair.
As the droplets of the dews shine,
On the corners of the leaves.
So do the eyes of my beloved,
on her vivacious graceful face.
As the petals of the rose shiver,
excited by a touch of the placid breeze.
So do the lips of my beloved,
when I touch them with my lips.
As the shimmering water of the lake
reflects the face of the blue sky.
So do the eyes of my beloved,
my mesmerized face.
As the lonely river can’t help flowing,
to the open arms of the sea.
So can’t I in my sleepless nights,
to the memories of my beloved.
As the darkness of night gets perished,
when the effulgent rays of sunshine.
So has my loneliness,
after meeting my beloved.
Now I have seen my destiny,
I have found a purpose in my love.
My heart reflects immense happiness,
And I hope it will be forever.
