Mother Earth

The earth has everything you could dream,

From the ground to the sky and everything in between.

It nurtures us and provides us with things,

The fact that we don't care about it really stings!

Mother nature doesn't complain,

No matter how much we put her in pain.

But there might come a day when she gives out,

That will be something we can't live without.

It's in our hands to be the change,

To turn over a new leaf and a brand new page.

Saving the planet is in our hands,

From the tops of the mountains to the clayey sands.

So do your part, a little every day,

That's just gonna have to pave the way.

Pave the way for a better tomorrow,

And a step towards removing the sorrow.
