My favourite season of the year,

Raindrops falling on the Earth,

From where they actually took birth,

Yay! Monsoon's here,

Ever felt the raindrops falling on yourselves?

The ones who tried, know the feeling themselves,

The sadness of your heart sheds away,

The gentleness of it makes your day,

Oh my! Monsoon's here,

Traffic everywhere on the streets,

Mud on the ground where it meets,

But ever heard the rain peacefully,

And children playing cheerfully?
