Monsoon Memories: A Poem of Friendship

Monsoon Memories: A Poem of Friendship

1 min
14

Through sunny days and monsoon rains,

Together we faced joy and pains.

Side by side, we walked the way,

In every season, come what may.

Hand in hand, we braved the heat,

Our laughter echoed in the street.

Under umbrellas, through the storm,

Your friendship kept me safe and warm.

But life, it weaves a different tale,

A journey new, we must unveil.

The last day came, we had to part,

With heavy steps and heavy hearts.

No longer will we share our days,

In classrooms or the summer haze.

Yet memories stay, they never fade,

Of all the laughter that we made.

When raindrops dance on puddles clear,

I see your smile, I feel you near.

In every splash, in every sound,

The joy of friendship we once found.

Though paths diverge, our bond remains,

Through sunny days and monsoon rains.

Forevermore, you'll be my friend,

A cherished tale that has no end.
