Misty Morning

Misty Morning

Now that the lilac buds are in full bloom

And the dried earth is fertile.

The lush greenery is regained,

With birds soaring up high.

The dew diffuses this day,

Even the air feels the joy,

Melody rings everywhere,

When the birds chirp peeping from the leaves.

Peace, in my heart, resides,

To feel the aroma of the earth and sky.

The stems smell heavenly,

Fragrance of flower they bear.

The raindrops are elixir,

A blessing in disguise,

They touch my skin,

And my soul  rejoiced.
