Mental Health Matters! # Your feelings are valid

As plain and ordinary he might appear,

Boundless are the secrets he holds,

Reluctant to reveal his true self,      

 His thoughts, in the eyes of the others, he moulds. 

Ever and anon, he seems enigmatic,

Unamiable and hard to communicate,

Although, all he needs is sheer love and care,                            

 Over his fears and insecurities, it can dominate.

We find ourselves distinct,         

  And tag him as insane,        

 However, each of our personalities, bears a resemblance,                   T

here exists an evolved state that we are yet to attain. 

Aware or unaware, there's a void,   

Which can be filled by affection,       

 A way out of the prison of our minds,   

To be learnt not by criticism, instead by introspection.
