Lost In The Cubicle
Lost In The Cubicle
Lost in the cubicle
Everyday, the day starts
Like a never ending day
Feels like so much of work
But such a tepid reaction from
My Conscience, no Satisfaction.
Lost in the cubicle
Are the dreams of my soul
Finding it's way through
The puzzled walls is my determination.
Just when I try to get out
I found myself in Snafu.
Lost in the cubicle
Is the zeal of life
Here people are not friends
You're on your own,
Always look before you leap
As people are waiting to criticise you.
Lost in the cubicle
Is the reality of people.
They all come here with
Fake personalities, giving you hope
But putting you in flaky situations
You'll be jolted by the
Sudden shift from their team-spirit.
Lost in the cubicle
Is the innocence from eyes
I see what I never wanted to see.
People looking at you with sinister eyes
Will force you to Plummet
Facing the cranky colleagues
Will be rather newfangled
Lost in the cubicle
Is me, my identity
Trying to figure out my goals
Thriving to grow
Slowly moving towards my dream,
I am trying to free myself.
