Live Life Wearing The Smile
Live Life Wearing The Smile
Read from a newspaper,
A gang of three-member,
Wearing face masks, T-shirts and
Short trousers,
Entering the balcony and
Cutting its grills with a laser cutter.
Struck houses in busy places,
Made off with cash and jewellery,
Police say burglars,
Remain on the prowl,
police conduct raids,
Ask residents to stay alert.
I am not a writer,
But as a human, I ponder.
I live as a simple man,
I live each day by making a simple plan.
I walk on the left side with a leftist stand,
Count each day taking a rightful stand.
Enjoy my life as I can, and
Live simply what I can.
Life’s too short,
It goes too fast.
Leaving life is a fight,
Living life is different.
Everyone says living life is easy,
But truly living it is not so easy
Because one day is a foggy day,
The other is neither fog nor as of today.
Times get harder and harder,
I am not to bother,
People struggle,
I also face struggles.
I would try not to fall,
I may be weak or
Not capable to resist at all,
I try to stand tall.
The cry comes at a time of struggle,
I’m trying to wear the biggest smile.
I only quote what Robert Frost said
“I shall be telling this with a sigh,
Somewhere ages and ages hence:
Two roads diverged in a wood, and
I took the one less travelled by,
And that has made all the difference.”
