I enter a room,

In a magical place.

All genre of books,

In Chronological phases.

The scent of books,

embraces me.

The variety of books,

Interests me.

As I flip the pages,

I go to an imaginary world.

As I read each book,

Characters give company.

I hunt more books,

To take them home.

In the silent world,

forget to track time.

A lady with spects,

Points to the door.

Time’s up, she says,

Show me your card.

I check my pockets,

And my bags.

Oops, I am in chaos.

With a frown on my face,

Kept all the books back in place.

Looked outside to check the weather,

I wish I could stay here forever.
