Labors and their dignity
Labors and their dignity
If I pick up trash one day, will I degrade my dignity?
Then why? When you see those little boys you tilt your chin up and mock them,
Mock the ones who uplift humanity.
If I sweep floors one day, will there be shame on me
Is this where lays our mental boundaries,
Why don’t we open them free?
Don’t you see them working day and night?
Don’t you have sympathy when a child cries on the construction site?
Don’t you see them establishing your empire?
If you say NO, you are a LIAR.
Why don’t we lift our hand and salute them instead?
They deserve it, Not money, not pity
They deserve a little more dignity.
