Kite To Inspire

It flew away, 

Just like my dreams that faded,

With every stroke of time,

I found aims departing far away,

Seemed like I had left behind,

All alone with voids,

Voids resorting to pain and rejections along,

But like a kite flying high even if tied strong,

I believe I will find a way to drift through the lows of life,

And fly with hopeful smiles,

I know it will take time and this journey will be filled with hurdles,

But that won't make me sit on my hands and cry every time,

As I am a kite myself, 

And I have to fly high.

The destiny and life might play a major role in this drive, 

Yet the movement is dependent of wind and on the strength of mine,

Believing in God,

And attempting for my big goals will definitely set me up very high,

So to soar high up in the sky,

I need to buckle it up without a single cry.
