Every new year has new beginning,

But this year nothing begin new,

Everything is on hold,

With a caption everyone told,

Let this time end up,

Let everything in life cheer up,

Passing time is portraying history,

Working on efficacy is everyone trying,

Seems things are moving on and on,

But fact of life is journey on hold,

Nothing seems desirable anymore,

Everything is happening because its our daily core,

Fighting from virus was lengthy time,

Family and neighbours smiled a while,

Soon there will be vaccination drive,

Vaccine is now boon to life,
