Joseph's Soliloquy

I know a girl from Nazareth

Who smiles as gentle as the breeze,

The angels rejoice at her birth,

Her beauty is without blemish.

Without a doubt, I love fhis girl,

In my heart she is ever dear,

She's more precious than billion pearls,

That's why, I want to marry her.

But it's unfair for her this thing,

For someone else her heart contains,

Though it hurt, I should cut our string,

I'll go, she don't have to explain.

I may be feeling very bad,

That I need a little nap,

There may be an angel of God

To guide my path when I wake up.

However in the dream of mine,

Gabriel helps me to understand,

In her womb belongs to Divine,

And I should take Him as my Son.

How great such blessing for me,

To father the Child Almighty,

Who will set every body free,

I'm going to marry my Mary.
