It's Okay To Melt Down

When words seem to fail you

When no thought seems to comfort you

when you can't control things around you

When you want to let out what holds inside you

Remember, It's okay to cry

If you think you will be called weak, you cant cry

Day by day you will just sit and try

If you think you can hide from what made hurt

Either way, it feels like dirt

When you are supposed to have other emotions

Then why can't you create your own oceans

Why are your eyes not allowed to rain

When all of your heart is feeling pain

Even the sky cries when the clouds are dark

Then why are your eyes not allowed to bark

Even the cloud rains when it has held too much

Just let it shed some tears, no need to do much

Your head might stop constant drilling

Only if you could show your true feelings

Your soul is willing to break free on a condition

It's just that it needs your permission

Just let it slip right through your eyes

It's okay to leak your eyes sometimes
