Imperfect

O Lord, dont make me totally perfect,

Let there be some weaknesses,

Let me be having some defects,

Imperfections will always have,

Some scope for me to improve,

And will also not lead me in a groove,

That only what I think and do is best,

Or superior and not human like the rest,

I can also make mistakes and fall,

At times I can fall short or stand tall,

This imperfection keeps alive my zeal,

Keeps me kicking on how to deal,

This gives me the purpose and required zest,

So O Lord keep me always a bit imperfect.
