How would you like things to be!

Would you hide all the pain inside

And pretend as if, everything is all right      

Would you stay awake the whole night

And carry the pain of the memories that bite

Would you drop a faint perfume of tear

And sleep on the grief of your own fear

If I Were You

Many different things I would do

I would notice the longing in your eyes

I wouldn’t fake and speak the word of lies

If I were you, I wouldn’t rob you of your dignity

I wouldn’t judge you; yes I mean it, or your integrity

If I were you, I would have known that words don’t heal broken soul

I would have made you believe by my actions that I am with you as a whole
