In a world without meaning

Where words don't hold truth

 I search for something to believe in

 But find only proof of my youth

 

 I speak in empty phrases

 And listen to empty noise

 I see the world around me

But it all feels like a pointless toy

 I try to find a purpose

But it's elusive and unclear

 I am lost in a void

Where nothing is sincere

 So, I'll just keep on talking

 In this nonsensical verse

Because in a world without meaning

 Words are just sounds to rehearse.
