I'm There For You

You may see me struggle,

But You won't see me fall.

Despite my weakness,

I will always stand tall.

Everything is not smooth,

There are rough scraps,

Scattered on the road,

Be watchful of your steps.

Everyone says life is safe,

But believe me, it is not.

  Times grow tough,

People struggle to cope.

Life is so transient,

I am here now,

Tomorrow I may go,

The future looks happy today,

 Maybe dim on some days.

I am fighting with my demons,

But I will not fail in my mission.

I will put up a brave fight today,

Even if God has other plans.

I will put on my biggest smile,

Even if my inner wall will be,

Bursting with rustles and wails.

I may not make it on some days,

You will never find me giving up.

Even though It's difficult,

It's hard to survive it all,

    Alas! For me, 

The day & night will be identical,

You may find me striving,

But I will resurface from scratch.

If you ever think this way,

Nothing is left for you,

Nobody to make you feel good,

Not a soul to cheer you up,

Then have a look around,

I will be right there for you,

Always waiting for you to turn.

I have gone through all,

Familiar with the paths,

I can lead you better,

I can give you a hug,

You may need a shoulder,

It seems chatting may help.

I will be near you,

Ready to jump in on your shout.

We might be sailing,

In the same boat of life,

The days may look dark,

Depressing like anything,

I know the gloomy feeling,

I sense solace reminiscing you,

but you think about me,

I will be sitting right next to you.
