I fear nights. 

I fear my lonely heart lying dead inside my chest.

I fear my soul that cries silently underneath my flesh. 

I fear the demons of memory that play cards inside my head.

I fear drunk dialing while I am high on the overdose of feelings and nostalgic smiles.

I fear being vulnerable in the absence of a shoulder while I cry. 

I fear the darkness that makes me forget my existence.
