How To Greet Life

When you witness the moon at dusk,

Do not think of the dawn next.

When you breathe the radiance at dawn,

Do not think of the dusk ahead.

That's how you should resolve to greet,

The life that destiny has set.

Neither to past nor to the future,

You should keep any debt.

Any pain or the pleasures of past,

In present, you must forget.

All gifts and distress the day offers, at the end of it,

Leave them behind and go to rest.

Then you'll find life to be beautiful, and see,

The better days haven't come yet.
