How To Breathe
Breathing, is a three-step process.
First you take the air into your lungs,
Then you savor it for a moment,
Finally, you let it all out.
(If you exhaled more than you inhaled, it is known as sighing)
For your benefit, you repeat from step one.
Whenever I see you,
I have to remind myself to go through this process.
