The moon kissing a bridge across the sea,

You are running on it.

The sun pounding down a steep hill,

You are running on it.

Sweat dripping down,

Burn in your eyes,

Salt in your mouth.

Sounds you hear,

Left foot, right foot,

Breathe in, breathe out.

And then you are chanting -

Then you are crying,

Then you are laughing,

Silence.
