Yeah, I know I stand for sadness also known as sorrow,

Maybe each person has me in common but I look 

Different in everyone's life like a furrow.

By grabbing your physical immunity and making your brain fog,

You feel Nauseous when I spread in your body as a smog.

You guess it right, my name is grief.

I arose by your loss of job and previous self.

Y'all can't Ignore me as I am valid!

Also, become more manageable when the clock proceeds.

Five stages are found in me.

Denial, anger, bargaining, depression, acceptance this is the key.

If you let oneself feel your emotions, and give yourself time.

Then I have to leave you and say tata bye, bye.
