My Country: The Bitter Truth

India is my country,

Where plenty of humans are hungry. 

All Indians are my brother and sister,

Yet, sisters can not go out because of some monsters. 

Still, I love my country and I am proud of its rich and varied heritage.

Which entire is demolished in the name of cast image. 

I shall always strive to be worthy of it,

Because here Dowry and unemployment are lit.

I shall give respect to my parents, teachers and all elders and treat everyone with courtesy.

By messing around and sending parents old age home for fulfilling my fantasy.

To my country and my people, I pledge my devotion,

Through giving gender discrimination.

In their well being and prosperity alone lies my happiness,

Also creating clashes between two religious communities is my business.

India is my country

And this is how I destroy my country.
