Goodbyes Are Really Hard

Goodbyes are really hard to say

We have to say goodbye to everything

Relationships, old habits, people and every little thing.

It is a transition

Because we leave a part of ourselves.

We remember the good times spent,

We cry and realise there is no turning back,

We feel a heartbreak,

And wish that goodbye should never come.

But goodbye does not mean we have lost attachment,

The memories stay forever in our hearts.
