Global stage

Divided were we by boundaries

Those many different countries

We had come to prove our mettle

A cup of tea brewed in an unusual kettle

Our divisions were no barriers

For we were knowledge's carriers

Our friendship had no nationality

Because what united us was humanity

Learning from our difference

 We began our conference

Forging bonds that we hope to last

As time was flying fast into the past

As we reached the end 

Time had been not our friend

It felt it finished too fast

Hope was there that it won't be the last.
