Friendship in a Photo Frame

How refreshing it was,

To dig into the memory of best friendships,

Far beyond the ego,

It was you in the group, 

To glue them together, 

What life taught you,

When my grandchildren ask me,

I will show our group photo,

It was not exquisite,

But,

It was real,

The hands we kept on each other's shoulders, 

And the friendship immortalized in a photo frame, 

It gives me strength,

That I am not alone,

I learned how to win hearts,

And how to keep relationships.
