Yeah, I'm struggling 

My heart is filled with pain 

My brain is dead 

My veins are filled with stupidity 

My muscles are filled with shame 

My organs are unstable 

My body is filled with evil 

But I repent about everything 

Now I'm freed from everything 

Thanking God for accepting me for who I'm.
