Forgetting you is my freedom

Forgetting you is my freedom

When monsoon makes the kissing scenes,

I do wonder about mood swings,

Where were those feelings,

The innocent jokes I used to make on kisses of flowers,

In the desert or on the sea shore,

I still breathe the smell of your sweat,

Why this inseparable spell is working on me,

Is it mutual,

Or am I the only one rewired,

I shouted and my vocals went rough,

They rejected me as a singer,

Still, I am writing love songs,

And selling them for a price,

All of them are sad,

Filled with cages,

My existence needs freedom,

Forgetting you is my freedom,

And it ain't easy,

So I settled with some other addictions,

To satisfy the world,

With polarized answers.
